- this was the client's Brief:
"modernism my bedroom, make it feel warm and inviting whilst maintaining an air of elegance - it's a big room and so, we need to make it feel loved without over doing it! I want something that makes me want to spend time in here! Currently I do not like this room very much!!!!!!"

not all wood types need to match, ie light dark etc - mix it up!
spend money on cushions - they take a bed/lounge to a new level! they are make or break in my books!!!
start with a neutral base and add a highlight colour - repeat this colour in other rooms of the house so that everything flows: in this case PINK! , this colour can be changed later if you need an update! Yellow, Green, Red could all work equally well.
