You've all heard me bang on about artwork and its power in a room - it's one of my favourite decorating tools to use and it doesn't have to cost you the earth!!! But you do need to get the STYLE and the SIZE right for your space. So often I see misplaced artwork or no artwork in homes, because clients are too scared to bang in a nail or even get started. It is well worth the time and effort - I specialise in getting art right for clients!!! My one stop shop is United Artworks ,for their range and quality. I am loving the new range of Kip and Co towels - I love that they work back with each other in a crazy sort of way - new thing to try - mix up your towels - they don't need to match - look how fabulous these three colours look together!

and what little boy would not love this in his room - my favourite from the Kip and Co kids bedlinen range this season!

Last year I attended a course run by Megan Morton on her Melbourne roadshow - I am thinking of doing another this October - It is sure to be a one off event to be held in the offices of Hecker Guthrie, that in itself would be well worth seeing! Decisions, Decisions!!!! to go or not to go!

affordable and stylish Art

well, finally  I have found some artwork that is incredibly stylish and oh so affordable - usually these two words do not make it into the one sentence. Today I got to check out some artwork that I organised for a client.  She had recently renovated her home and had all these blank walls - we decided to add some drama to the walls, and the outcome has been fabulous. 

Both pieces are hand painted original canvas' - available in various sizes. This client had white walls so we decided on a large size hung at eye level. The difference art can make is amazing! Each piece was purchased at wholesale +20%. If you would  like to know more, please contact me.
