Preparing Your House For Sale
This is what I can offer:
1. Property visit and assessment
- Property visit and written assessment which details by room what needs to be done to prepare your property for your photos and open for inspections.
Fee $150.00 plus GST, per site visit, includes a written report.
2. Extended Consultation - approx 2 hours
- as above, also includes colour selections for floors, walls and outdoor. You are left with a detailed action plan that will help get you ready for sale!
Fee $250.00 plus GST.
