I have a feeling, not sure why, but I am going to put myself out there and suggest that the humble garden gnome is going to be a HOT item for 2011- and don't just expect to see them outside, they will appear inside too!!......what you think?????

Tara Sloggett - stylist

today I am loving stylist Tara Sloggett, she is featured in the latest issue of Real Living, her blog and website are amazing.....when I grow up I want to be a magazine stylist........

I am on a bit of a posting frenzy at the moment.....be warned. So much to share, just like this perfect chandelier that looks fabulous wherever it hangs - I can see this working in lots of different interiors, it is my must have for January. Now....where to find it!

my look book

BOO!! ohh it's me, have you missed me? I've missed you all. Time to switch on for 2011, take a peek at me look book, I've been working on it whilst holidaying down the beach, I do love doing this in case you haven't noticed.

I have lots on so far for 2011, I have a new home project that involves all the hard surfaces for the interior...a roofing project, a blind project, a carpeting job and most excitingly, a bathroom project, I am looking forward to getting my teeth into all of these and more.......and of course school starts next week!!!!!!!

This Xmas I was lucky enough to get this truly luscious book - it was on my wish list and I haven't been able to take my eyes off it since I got it in my hot little hands. The photography is truly amazing and the colours are fabulous - lucky me!

2011 is going to be a great year, I just know it is..... I have been catching up on some reading and came across this, Megan Morton is looking for an intern - what a truly fabulous opportunity to work with one of the best, I wouldn't care if I was running after her with coffee and tissues all day, I would give my right arm (well almost) for this opportunity, but there is one big problem..... she is based in Sydney!!!!! not happy Jan! lets hope there are more opportunities just like this one in the year/s ahead.
